We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee for courses purchased on Coursio. If you're not satisfied with the course content within this period, you can request a full refund without providing any reason. Your refund will be fully restored to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
Log into Your Account
Log into your Coursio account and navigate to the Purchase History section.
Select the Course to Refund
Find the course you wish to refund and click the 'Request Refund' button.
Specify Refund Reason
You may optionally specify your reason for the refund. This information helps us improve our quality.
Confirmation and Processing
Your refund request will be automatically processed and your payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Refund Period
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Payment Refund
Your refund will be restored to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-7 business days. Your bank's processing time may take an additional 3-5 business days.
Refund Restrictions
Refund requests may be denied in the following cases:
- More than 50% of the course content has been completed or downloaded
- Multiple refund requests have been made for the same course
- User account has been closed or access blocked due to violation of platform rules
- Refund request is made after the 30-day period has expired
- Refund has already been processed by a third-party payment processor
Subscription Refunds
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to Coursio subscription plans. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless legally required. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and will not be charged from the next billing period.
If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, you will not be charged.
KVKK & GDPR Compliance
Coursio is fully compliant with KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) in Turkey and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in the European Union.
KVKK Compliance
Your personal data collected during refund processes is protected under KVKK. Your data is used solely for processing refunds and is deleted after the legal retention period.
